Filozófia és művészet
A tantárgy valamely művészeti forma problémáin, példáin keresztül igyekszik bemutatni klasszikus filozófiai kérdéseket. A témák tárgyalásához kapcsolódva megismertetjük a hallgatókat a szakmai és kulturális tájékozódás forrásaival és módjaival, a szellemi munka technikáival.

Week 5: Midterm test
Week 6: The soul of a city
Week 7: Design week - no class
Week 8: The idea of a city: Mental image
Week 9: Public places, social life and organic architecture
Week 10: The soul of schools, education and buildings of public institutions
Week 11: The soul of a home and the concept of dwelling
Week 12: Project presentations
Week 13: End term test
Evaluation:
Midterm Test: 9th of October
Project presentations: 27th of November
End term test: 4th of December
Submission deadlines:
- 1st of October: Submit the plan of the field study (2 pages, maximum 300 words) (15 points)
- 1st of November: Submit the documentation of the field study conducted (2 pages, maximum 700 words). (15 points)
- 20th of November: Submit your report as a presentation (7-5 slides maximum) and give a presentation in class. (40 points)
